Title: Brand Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10001 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate : $30/hr on W2

Duration: 12+ months contract with possibility of extension

Capacity: Every other week in office at HY for duration of renovation (anticipated to continue into Q1) then will be hybrid in office once complete

About the Need: Brand projects, budgets, initiatives, etc has increased and looking for someone who can support in multiple capacities of brand engagement efforts such as social media, influencer management, social media, PR, etc

Looking for someone who:
Detail oriented, passionate about social media, trends, influencers, etc - agile with ability to pivot on deliverables as needed, provide admin support (examples: tracking/inputting shipping, entering influencer data into the system, etc)

BRAND ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR:
-responsible for supporting brand engagement team across a variety of areas PR, influencer, consumer events, brand ambassador program, and more
-Lead coordination of product inventory for influencer mailers, brand ambassador gifts, consumer pop ups. Work across multiple vendors to order, ship, and manage inventory levels of product for replenishment of business needs
-Lead Traackr data reconciliation for influencer management: ensure all influencer programs are recorded, tracked, and are compliant with auditing regulations
-Support on brand ambassador program: building out ambassador program, merchandising and rewards, screening of new members, review and ensure compliant brand ambassador content
-must have strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple deliverables and tasks at once, execute with excellence, be proactive with follow through and follow up, strong attention to detail

Job Description: Position may include supporting the marketing department, assisting both full-time employees, consulting, or freelance staff, assisting with creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external agencies.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
