SUMMARY

We are seeking a Manager, Partner Solutions to assist with platform and proposal development for the Global Partnerships team, supporting new business, upsells and renewals. This role will require a highly collaborative leader with an inclusive approach. You will work alongside Partnership Development and Partnership Marketing to develop creative marketing solutions for prospects and renewals. The Manager, Partner Solutions will work directly with a dedicated Creative team responsible for ideation, platform development, presentation scripting as needed, partner creative, meeting collateral, and inclusion of research/analytics for the Brooklyn Nets, NY Liberty, Barclays Center, Long Island Nets, and other affiliated properties.

The Manager, Partner Solutions will report to the Director, Partner Solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as a creative leader for Global Partnerships, fueling the development of outstanding activations and integrated partner campaigns that foster alignment between BSE's properties and our partner brands
  • Lead brainstorms and nurture ideas from conception to pitch in collaboration with the Sales and Partnership Marketing teams
  • Create breakthrough partnership solutions that achieve partner needs and generate revenue on behalf of our portfolio
  • Drive partnership storytelling and oversee the consistent delivery of high-quality, impactful narratives across all sales materials (one-sheets, decks, case studies, sizzle videos, etc.) by providing guidance to dedicated Creative team
  • Prioritize the queue of all strategic and creative needs for partners and prospects; ensure that timelines are met and staff resources are properly allocated
  • Liaise with the Marketing, Digital, Creative, Game Presentation, Community and DEI teams to craft thoughtful partner solutions, vet assets and support company priorities
  • Support the Partnership Marketing team with select renewal and upsell materials
  • Join current and prospective client meetings to help pitch ideas and contextualize platforms
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering career development and growth opportunities with a focus upon department and individual goal setting.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5 years of experience working in integrated marketing, sponsorship, sales, strategic partnerships, or account management, including agency experience (media, experiential, brand consulting, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • An innovative background in the Sports, Media, Entertainment and Live Events landscapes; significant knowledge of industry trends and ability to serve as a subject matter expert
  • Strong experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop and/or Illustrator; proficiency in graphic design is highly desirable

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

SALARY RANGE

$75,000 - $90,000 base salary

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
