Job Summary:
The Premium Events Coordinator supports the premium department primarily through administrative duties and client service initiatives. This is a key role in our premium services department getting to interact directly with our single night rental and multi event package buyers.
Essential Functions:
- Sales team support:

- Assist sales representatives with onboarding new clients (e.g., creating documentation, and coordinating meetings).
- Address client inquiries related to parking, catering, and event-specific details.
- Help organize and execute client requests, including activations, merchandise needs, special parking, and more.
- Event day duties:

- Serve as the Premium Services Supervisor (PSS) Manager on Duty (MOD) for select event days.
- Event execution support:

- Help execute VIP experiences, group experiences, and client appreciation/prospecting events.
- Administrative responsibilities:
- Monitor the Premium Event Services inboxes.
- Maintain event and task trackers.
- Assist with ticket management using ticketing and CRM platforms.
- Support research projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of: High School Diploma (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
- 2-4 years of relevant experience with a strong interest in sports and entertainment industry.
- Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside agencies/organizations.
- Ability to work independently to accomplish work objectives, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments/ organization.
- Able to work at least five event shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work select events during evenings and weekend.
Pay Scale: $26.50
