Job Description
THE ROLE: Motion Graphics Artist (Temporary) - Project Based
3PPW Project Based, 1000 hour Freelance, per year, non-exempt, remote
Schedule: M – F, 9 – 5.30P or 11.30 – 8P Eastern Time
This Motion Graphics Artist temp role focuses on essential tasks such as toolkit quality control and versioning, while supporting light creative requests as needed. Combining technical skills with a creative mindset, this role provides valuable contributions to the team and offers opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful impact on the creative process. Will report to Manager of Motion Graphics Operations
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Provide essential support to the team by handling functional tasks such as toolkit QCs, logo processing, credits, versioning, and social formats.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling motion graphics elements, animations, and visual effects that resonate with project goals and uphold brand consistency.
  • Ensure consistent organization and maintenance of file structures and naming conventions across all systems, enabling efficient collaboration and streamlined access to assets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professional development through continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
YOUR STORY:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the industry preferred.
  • A compelling demo reel demonstrating motion graphics work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D design is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software and techniques.

Compensation
Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $50.00

The pay rate
displayed serves as a good faith estimate for this role.
Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors
such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and
