Responsibilities:
Creator Growth & Content Strategy
- Develop best practices playbooks to support creator growth at each stage in their respective content verticals with deep understanding of key success factors for creators to grow, build communities and monetize through LIVE.
- Spearhead the development of creator programs and incentive mechanisms to further motivate creator growth.
- Build out standard creator management SOP and templates to increase creator management team operating efficiency, constantly iterating as the operations expand and evolve
- Coach creator management team on the best practices playbooks, programs and SOPs, and drive evaluation sessions to ensure comprehension of the knowledge.
- Set goals for respective creator management team and drive the iteration of dashboard to track core metrics performances of creator management team, individual creator managers, and individual creator level in an intuitive and visualized fashion.
- Generate actionable recommendations with insights from quantitative data and qualitative creator feedback. For big initiatives, drive the initial design and implementation in collaboration with the creator management team.
- Lead the reporting for respective creator management team, with key highlights, root causes, so-what analysis supported by accurate data, and key blockers and challenges and follow through for resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in high growth environments, content strategy, strategy consulting, GTM development, and/or strategy and operations at a consumer technology company (or similar)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to identify problems, develop initiatives, build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
- Validated results in growth strategy implementation, strategic planning & analysis.
- Passion for, and ideally depth of experience in, consumer tech
- Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)
- Critical thinker and problem solver who leans in and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- Proven abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of partners (external and internal)
- Fluent in Spanish to efficiently prepare external-facing creator education and communication materials for the US and LATAM creator teams
- Cross regional experience is highly preferred
