As a Digital Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and digital teams, managing key administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by preparing client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Process and track media orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales performance reports, campaign analytics, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee weekly pacing, creative approvals, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage campaign execution, troubleshoot issues as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, trafficking, and digital campaign management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and company products to provide expert support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital advertising platforms, creative development, or video production coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
