Role summary:

The Lead Content Producer - Localization is responsible for managing the UI Tech team and Screen Automation Producers. You will be responsible for balancing production capacity and control of scope, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of US and localized UI across product imagery for the entire Marcom studio. You will maintain a close partnership with producer partners across multiple functions in Marcom as it relates to automation and grab/capture support. You will maintain documentation and data analysis as it pertains to these teams and assist the manager with additional big picture projects.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required. The Lead Screen Producer must feel comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences (one-to-one or larger groups). The ability to deliver clear and concise communication is a must.



Key responsibilities:

  • Overall people management of the Screen Automation & UI Tech team including performance reviews, onboarding, hiring, training, timesheets, and allocation of work.
  • Resource allocations per project, partnering with Client lead
  • Help to establish and lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables
  • Lead in defining and documenting strategic global content plans across Client's locales including product launches, seasonal and campaign work across web, email, online stores and other platforms
  • Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
  • Maintain a keen awareness of production issues for the team, proactively mitigating challenges working with internal and external partner teams
  • Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflows
  • Plan and execute internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with creative and development teams to understand and document the full breath of global content needs including the creation of detailed content matrices, software, hardware and lifestyle assets.
  • Cultivate a thorough and specialized understanding of the creative, web, motion graphics, and motion video production processes
  • Oversee localization process from an automation standpoint and assist on continued improvement on processes.
  • Ensure the successful training of newly hired producers
  • Own team data analysis including scoped vs. actuals and headcount metrics.
  • Assist in overall FY and Quarterly planning of resources and assist manager with additional larger projects affecting the team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
  • Ability to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges
  • Ability to quickly process detailed information and capture the "big picture" in order to effectively deliver a clear and concise point-of-view
  • Track record of partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical teams.
  • Ability to identify and eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks in order to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Multitasker who can balance priorities within an ever-changing work environment
  • Ability to successfully apply cumulative knowledge gain to future projects
  • Experience using Content Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe suites of products
  • Strong knowledge of products such as Keynote and Pages
  • 10+ years of experience in a creatively-driven advertising agency or equivalent in-house teams
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree and certifications in applicable fields a plus.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$107,000-$142,500
