• Master Multiplatform Storytelling: Use photos, videos, and social media to enhance your reporting and deliver compelling, shareable stories.
• Promote Your Work: Grow your social media following and engage with readers to build a loyal audience for your byline and MySA.

Who You Are

You’re a creative and curious journalist who:

• Has an innate ability to spot story trends and craft engaging, voice-driven pieces.
• Understands the nuances of San Antonio’s culture and what makes this city thrive.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can tackle time-sensitive stories with urgency and accuracy.
• Is a pro at using social media for both content creation and audience engagement.
• Enjoys sparking community conversations and diving deep into culturally relevant topics.
• Has 2-3 years of experience writing for digital media and holds a Bachelor’s degree.
