RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 3-month project!
This role requires 5 days onsite in Culver City, CA.
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager or Brand Strategist with over 10 years of experience in marketing and branding to lead strategic initiatives that build brand awareness and drive adoption across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, excels at cross-functional communication, and has a deep understanding of brand development within the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand guidelines, writing strategy documents, partnering with insights teams, and owning core brand initiatives from start to finish.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, You Will
- Lead brand strategy programs to increase brand awareness and adoption globally.
- Provide strategic guidance to regional brand teams and align work across markets.
- Plan, update, and deliver brand guidelines that reinforce brand identity and positioning.
- Write clear and cohesive strategy documents by synthesizing input from global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with insights and measurement teams to define KPIs, testing plans, and measurement approaches that support long-term strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on brand pillars, positioning, and both visual and verbal brand expression.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional and international teams to identify opportunities where global brand strategy can add value.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of key projects, establish milestones, and ensure regular checkpoints for alignment and progress.
- Operate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or branding, with a strong focus on brand strategy.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining strong brands, especially in large-scale or global environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable authoring detailed strategy documents.
- Experience working on global teams or within international brand frameworks.
- Background in entertainment or streaming industries preferred.
- Self-starter who can quickly ramp up and independently lead high-impact projects.

Compensation
Pay Range: $50 - $56 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
