ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a thoughtful Art Director to lead all things design across our growing portfolio of 45+ brands.
The Art Director will play a crucial role in defining and executing the visual and creative direction of a select number of brands in our portfolio across a variety of channels. The role is 50% hands on designing (roll up your sleeves and get into the day to day) and 50% art directing. Candidates should be comfortable working across all things digital E-comm, new product launch campaigns, paid social, CRM, promo, and direct mail.
A successful candidate will be able to lead their projects and brands through great design, strategic thinking, partnership with x-functional stakeholders, all while being laser focused on driving revenue and contribution dollars for their brands. Operating in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment is critical.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead Art Direction and design for brands across all channels. Developing creative for Promotional Events, Go To Market Campaigns, and Improving the Customer. Experience across our Storefronts (Shopify Web Experiences), Paid Social Ads (Meta and Tiktok), CRM and more.
On set and remote photo and video art direction.
Manage team of production designers and freelance support.
Collaborate with producers, copywriters and x-functional stakeholders.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
Work from concept to execution across all channels.
Create new creative workflows, document, templatize, and implement them.
Conduct competitive research and stay up to date with trends, styles, aesthetics for your brands and categories.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
Experienced in dealing with ambiguity. Self starter who can work without a project manager. Equal parts designer and creative operations abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner will collaborate with x-functional partners.
Strong Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are a must. Bonus for After Effects and Premier experience.
Experiences in using project management tools like Clickup, Asana, and Monday.
Ability to manage and execute on multi-touch/channel projects.
