We are looking to add a National Video Investment Senior Associate supporting one of our iconic automotive clients. You will report into the National Video Investment Senior Manager. This role may be based in New York City, NY or remote in the continental United States.

Supported by the Associate, you will coordinate all facets of the video investment process.

You will:

  • Develop and oversee National Video Investment Associates alongside senior staff members
  • Prepare reports (Tracking, GRP, Posts) for the client
  • Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
  • Communicate with networks regarding client's scheduling
  • Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily
  • Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. "Roll-Ups")
  • Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
  • Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements
  • Prepare Monthly Spending Reports
  • Maintain relationships with vendors
  • Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
  • Stay informed about latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
  • Inform client/team of new opportunities or issues
  • Help facilitate client meetings
  • Assist management team (Directors etc.) in develop strategies for media buys
  • Ensure information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of media buying experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
  • Experience with tv (broadcast and cable) and/ or digital buying
  • Working knowledge of MediaOcean, Prisma and Yahoo (as our DSP)
  • Working knowledge of GRPs, Media Math, and FEP Campaigns
  • Knowledge of media research terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Additional Information


The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000- 83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
