Liaison and stewardship for all communication regarding the HMI execution process both internally and externally across Studio Campaign Management, Program Marketing, Media, Production, Creative and HMI teams. Serve as the point person for the Studio team to go-to for all spec, asset and execution questions related to HMI/P+ campaigns and facilitate any requests to internal HMI stakeholders.
Manage communication of plan execution details and timelines for individual campaign efforts.
  • Responsible for stewarding the Offline and Online creative specs with internal HMI execution teams.
  • Gather and distribute accurate ad unit specifications for all media partners to clients and their creative agency partners
  • Relay to Studio team stakeholders when tactical plan details have been input into Airtable or other forms of Copy Rotations following initial plan recommendation.
  • Ensuring Copy Rotations are updated in real time with plan revisions/approvals
  • Confirm when final copy rotations and specs have been locked and approved for creation of assets
Coordinate kick off calls between Client partners and client/creative team as needed to confirm specifications for custom units are understood.
Manage clearance process with HMI TV buying teams, advocating within reason on behalf of Client if networks request changes to creative acceptance.
Handle the development of ISCI codes for HMI campaigns to be input into airtable
Coordinate traffic and creative delivery (via 3" party ad server) for all offline and online campaigns (in each case to the extent received from the creative agency), corresponding to the traffic instructions
  • Populate creative rotation allocation within Airtable after briefing and direction from Program Marketing, Creative, and Campaign Management leads
Lead weekly status meetings and maintain relationships with Studio production stakeholders to streamline processes for delivery

Salary Range
$180,000.00 - $210,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
