Job Description
- 7+ years of sports management, integrated marketing, Live Sports partnerships experience
- 7+ years experience working cross functionally with live sports production and creative teams
- Fluent in live sports, sponsorship rights, media and valuation
- Highly collaborative with excellent relationship building skills with internal and external partners
- Knowledge of sports rights, sports marketplace, global experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail – particularly important surrounding budget and timeline management, development of packages and pitch materials
Key job responsibilities
- Develop sponsorship programs (pre-game, post-game), content integration in Live Sports events, use of marks, branded content, or marketing partnerships that create value for the advertiser and make the advertiser contextually relevant to the Live Sports.
- Think big about new inventory and innovation opportunities within new properties like the NBA, and also think globally about how to scale programs across Amazon and across global regions.
- Partner with Live Sports Sales team to build a deep knowledge of VOC from advertising marketplace, and work closely with sellers on an agency and client by client basis to develop a thorough understanding of client objectives, to deliver proposals that answer client needs and drive maximum revenue.
- Align with Amazon internal stakeholders to ensure they are mindful of Prime Video brand voice, and ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial.
- Connect product owners across a multitude of Amazon product lines (Twitch, Fire TV, Amazon Music, etc.) to innovate on behalf of clients and driving Amazon Ads revenue beyond Live Sports.
- Once programs are sold, candidate will execute deal points and all program elements, working with Production to deliver assets needed for sponsorships, collaborating with Consumer Marketing on social media programs, event activations and other marketing partnerships and managing standalone branded content efforts that may get sold
- Oversee execution of branded content productions, management and quality control of custom work from sale to project completion, delivering within approved budget and timeline
- Aid in execution of client programs across other Amazon products (Twitch, etc.)
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
