Associate Campaign Manager
Position: Full Time/Permanent
Workplace Type: ideally Hybrid but open to remote candidates, however there will need to be some willingness to travel (office, client and US based industry events).

Salary - Up to $86,200.00 USD Annual + Quarterly Bonus
Role Summary
DailyMail.com is seeking an Associate Campaign Manager who will be responsible for the development and maximization of affiliate opportunities within existing affiliate and commerce partnerships, against set growth targets.
This role that will be crucial to the success of DailyMail's Commerce strategies and will be responsible for onboarding D2C and ecommerce led brands of all sizes, across our Commerce product suite. We are looking for a dynamic, commercial manager to establish great relationships with DTC and ecommerce brands to ensure that we can negotiate preferential terms across our portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with brands, specifically those with a focus on D2C, ecommerce and affiliate networks and direct affiliate partners/agencies, both in US & UK that will align with brands
- Implement growth plans for key affiliate partners as well as working with emerging affiliate brands
- Proactively suggest improvements to affiliate partner services in response to commerce content and affiliate partner feedback
- Effectively negotiate CPA/CPC rates and maximize commission agreements across our portfolio
- Evolve our offering to include other managed and margin-based buying services (OMP, PPC, Social)
- Identify and develop new partnerships at group level, producing relevant sales proposals to be pitched internally and externally, across commerce, affiliate, social and performance product suite.
- Manage & execute campaigns from beginning to end while analyzing- KPI's with current/end-of campaign analysis
- Manage affiliate pipeline and identify new business leads, growth opportunities or future competitive trends, working with our digital platforms and commerce teams to present new product improvements and revenue growth opportunities
Additional responsibilities
- Ensure successful integration of new affiliate or 3rd party partners, including marketing activities to support the launch
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders on partner and category performance across multiple sites within our portfolio
- Liaise with internal departments such as Editorial, Creative, Ad Ops, CRM, Product Development & Analytics team with ease on variety of campaigns and/or projects
- Able to support affiliate campaigns across different verticals such as newsletters, syndication, and social channels
- Support US VP of Commerce, Global Director of Partnerships and the Head of Commerce in producing ongoing reporting by category, partner, and commercial initiative.
Personal skills & attributes:
- Solid knowledge of the digital media and publishing and ecommerce landscape
- Experience in a fast-paced growth environment or entrepreneurial experience
- Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels and teams, across editorial and commercial
- Relentless and a proven closer, with experience across a variety of sectors, such as, fashion, beauty, home and tech.
- Comfortable at networking, presenting, calling, working independently to targets
- Strong analytical skills, Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, DFP & PowerPoint and knowledge of 3rd party affiliate networks and their metrics
