As the Programmatic Strategy Manager, you will represent Hearst’s digital and programmatic division in market with both media agencies and top clients. This role will be to create, develop and own relationships with programmatic trading and digital decision makers, building on our existing client and agency relationships.
This team works collaboratively with agency, client, operations, AdTech, data and account management teams to create high value solutions for advertisers by reaching key audiences with advertising formats that deliver attention and impact. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Deliver revenue growth across your agencies and clients
- Actively build relationships with programmatic/digital contacts
- Monitor campaign performance, PMP delivery and sharing insights and solving issues
- Ensure all pipeline and budget under discussion is managed correctly and is up to date
- Deliver best in class service to all our trading partners
- Attend industry events, where relevant and keep up to date with market trends
- To be an ambassador of Hearst UK and its values.
- You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
ABOUT YOU
Essential:
- Programmatic/Digital Advertising experience from either a media owner, media agency, AdTech business or client direct
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and with a proven ability to handle deliverables with tight deadlines
- Natural relationship builder and networker
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Ad Manager/Magnite/Xandr and familiar with how a PMP/PG deal works
- Ability to articulate technical programmatic difficulties easily and effectively
- Understanding of the programmatic industry and opportunities publishers have
- Strong network of agency and clients
- Experience with Salesforce and forecasting personal revenue
