  • Work closely with the SVP, Brand Partnerships, and internal teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.

Account & Partner Management:

  • Oversee the execution of sold sponsorships, ensuring seamless integration of brand activations across live events, broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term partnership strategies in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Provide marketplace education, thought leadership, and consultative sales solutions to prospective partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, content partnerships, media sales, or business development—preferably in unscripted television, music festivals, entertainment tentpoles, award shows, or other live event properties.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure sponsorship deals and selling into media agencies and client-direct marketers.
  • Strong relationships with media agency decision-makers and brand-direct marketing executives.
  • Experience negotiating complex, multi-platform, multi-year deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and revenue progress.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred:
