Job Description
Summary: As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative development of both static and dynamic digital assets for one of the leading home improvement suppliers. Your primary focus will be creating innovative and engaging content, including video editing, to support the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce teams. You will collaborate with internal and offshore teams to produce high-quality graphic designs for websites and marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in graphic design, video production, and UX/UI principles to drive customer engagement and elevate the brand’s visual identity.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 1 Saturday a month from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM

Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $70,000 to $85,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of timelines and ensure promises made within the scope of the graphic team’s output are met.
- Collaborate deeply with the Studio Manager and cross-functional teams to establish and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and optimize workflows with our international graphic support team to enhance the graphics queue.
- Create compelling product and lifestyle videos.
- Design infographics to simplify complex stories into easy-to-understand visuals.
- Develop factual PDF documents meticulously tailored for accuracy and readability.
- Produce a suite of product images adhering to brand standards.Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to generate room scenes that tell the brand and product story.
- Stay updated on tools and methodologies to enhance workflows with software and AI innovations.
- Train team members in advanced software techniques and new methodologies.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure all graphic and video assets meet strict brand and color standards.
- Ensure accurate color representation and UX/UI alignment in all assets.
- Partner with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to deliver design solutions tailored to specific goals.
- Contribute to large-scale projects such as promotional campaigns, product image enhancements, and video production.
- Collaborate closely with sales team leadership to create visually compelling materials tailored for sales presentations and merchant meetings.
- Design customized infographics, charts, and slide decks that effectively communicate key messages and product benefits.
- Ensure all sales materials align with the brand’s visual identity and are optimized for audience engagement and clarity.
- Provide guidance to designers and offshore teams, including best practices in graphic design.
- Establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or motion graphics.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Experience in video production and creating motion graphics for marketing and ecommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles for both static and dynamic assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving and conceptualization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished and professional outputs.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret design briefs, turning them into high-quality assets.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality assets that align with project timelines and brand guidelines.
