  • Production Oversight:
    • Lead pre-production planning, including script breakdowns, shot lists, and production scheduling.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations on set, ensuring smooth workflow and rapid troubleshooting during shooting.
    • Supervise post-production efforts, including reviewing edits, guiding the color grading and sound design process, and ensuring final output meets broadcast or distribution standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Ensure direct oversight on various production sites, guaranteeing consistency in creative delivery and production quality.
    • Adapt your leadership style to different environments and overcome location-specific challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience & Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Arts, or a related field.

    • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful, innovative productions.
  • Technical & Creative Skills:

    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the agility to adapt on the fly.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring confidence in both creative and technical teams.
  • Travel Readiness:
    • Must be prepared to travel regularly (approximately 10–20% of the time).
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and the flexibility to work in various production environments.
