Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., ("MGM") is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Revenue Operations and Accounts Receivable team! This position is part of a centralized financial operations team. The successful candidate will manage the revenue operations, billing, collection and cash application for multiple MGM businesses. Responsibilities cover all aspects of revenue, billing and collections for various MGM businesses. Come join our team today!

Key job responsibilities
  • Review, analyze and enter executed agreements into financial systems
  • Evaluate client statements against agreement terms to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Process client statements in general ledger to record revenue and AR
  • Support in all cash procedures: preparation of invoices, collections, and cash applications
  • Monitor contract status and follow-up on outstanding statements and payments
  • Reconcile contracts and prepare direct client’s or agent’s statement of account
  • Review statement of account & report any delinquencies to management
  • Create various monthly sales reports for Ancillary sales team
  • Reconcile cash vs revenue monthly & provide report for Financial Planning team
  • Assist the Ancillary sales departments on an at-need basis
  • Experience in or knowledge of revenue operations
  • Experience in or knowledge of accounts receivable
  • Prior finance/accounting experience in the entertainment industry
  • Strong analytical, organization, and people skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • SAP experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, curious, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
