Production Manager

We are a media company seeking a production manager to run the logistics of our video production department. Our team produces and delivers 5-10 video assets weekly, and we need someone highly organized and detail-oriented who can ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

▻ Develop and maintain a quarterly production budget.
▻ create the weekly filming schedule for our filming team, ensuring that the team stays on track according to our release calendar
▻ Ensure all necessary production resources are available for each shoot, including staff, props, set design, scripts/outlines, and marketing requirements.
▻ act as liason between production departments and all other departments, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and broader company goals
▻ coordinate the transfer of footage from filming team to editing team
▻ communicate with editing team and ensuring on-time deliveries
▻ source and hire free-lancers in production and post-production when delivery demands exceed internal capacity.
▻ Plan and hire for our larger live events. Sometimes these are in-person, sometimes these are livestreamed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
