What We Are Looking For

The Director/Senior Director of Football Video Production will serve as the primary creative video contact for all football related content including social, video board and content for internal use. This position is responsible for ideating, planning, filming, editing and distributing video content for intro videos, cinematic recaps, game trailers, hype videos, one-off highlight reels and recruiting content.

What Will You Do

  • Serve as the lead video shooter for the football creative team.
  • Ideate, plan and film content for social media, video board and content for internal use.
  • Cover games, practices and special events for the football program.
  • Serve as the lead video editor for the football creative team.
  • Edit intro videos, cinematic recaps, game trailers, hype videos, one-off highlight reels and recruiting content.
  • Work with team for best distribution of content for both internal and external use.
  • Use motion graphics and text as needed to enhance videos and develop motion graphics for social media usage.
  • Maintain communication with student workforce, coaches and administration relative to creative content.
  • Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, and institution rules and regulations and communicate immediately any possible infractions of such rules and regulations to the Athletics Compliance staff.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
