Job Description

Under general direction of the Corporate Services Leadership. The Corporate Services Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in daily operations of foodservice functions, including but not limited to dining services, pantry services, catering, and grab & go markets. You will also assist with third-party vendor operations that support NBCU and DreamWorks employees, such as banking services, fitness center operations, commuter program and car wash services. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross functionally with business leaders in other NBCU departments to have a consistent pulse on business needs
  • Help manage numerous contracted service providers, including but not limited to, foodservices, fitness services, and pantry services, while making sure operations are in line with negotiated contracts and business needs
  • Participate in budget tracking and assisting in monitoring action plan items”
  • Maintain contracts for all third-party vendors
  • Use feedback and data to improve service levels, response times, and focus areas
  • Partner with the marketing & PR team to effectively build communication plans around corporate services functions
  • Use industry insights to propose and implement new programs to support the workplace experience
  • Ensure all invoicing from third-party vendor services are billed in a timely fashion
  • Perform other Corporate Services job functions that may be assigned

What You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ yrs experience in food service/hospitality operations
  • 2+ years experience working with third-party vendor relationships
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple buildings throughout the day
  • Available to work nights and weekends occasionally as business needs arise
  •  

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Hospitality Management
  • Knowledge of financial budgeting and able to ensure vendors adhere to approved budget
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong at building relationships with employees and vendors that are personable and professional

Additional Requirements:

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $33.00 Hourly
