Coordinator

Growing streaming startup seeks an experienced, highly organized coordinator to assist company executives in day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Administrative duties such as rolling calls, scheduling meetings, and booking travel
• Developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities for the executive
• Monitoring multiple email inboxes to ensure no tasks slip through the cracks
• Keeping up communication between departments to ensure all operations are running smoothly
• Maintaining detailed tracking grids of investor targets, business contracts, and projects in development
• Facilitating the training and onboarding of freelance contractors
• Assisting executives with the creation and completion of various administrative documents
• Ad hoc research and personal assignments as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of desk experience, preferably in a creative industry
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Strong organization skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Sharp eye for detail
• Graphic design, video editing, and other technical skills are a plus
• Passion for independent animation is a major plus!

About the Position:

• Full-time, in person at our office in Beverly Hills
• Compensation: $40,00-45,000
