Looking for Personal Assistant

Looking for hard working, quick thinking, work driven people. This is a lifestyle job, where you must be willing to adapt to all situations you are put into. Light on your feet and great with direction.

Job Duties:

Day to Day Necessities: Cooking, Driving, Purchasing, Organizing, Scheduling, and Travel. Typically a Morning to Night routine.

Scheduling and Punctuality- You will ensure punctual arrival or departure to any meeting, event, phone call or appointment. Be able to schedule events in a easy efficient way, taking into account the week's set itinerary when adding or moving other appointments around.

Communication: Be direct and timely when communicating with Employer and the Executive Assistant, or any additional team members. Be receptive to advice, conversations, and quick to learn when given direction.

House Care/Pet Care- You are in charge of the consistent restocking of groceries, house supplies, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and pet supplies. Maintaining a weekly check in with the housekeeper for any updates on what’s extra things needed around the house.

-House upkeep: You are to make sure there are no damages to the property, lighting, interior or exterior; if found, you are to relay information to the EA or the housekeeper in a timely fashion to assess the repairs.

-Pet care: You are to maintain communication with appointed dog walker, ensuring the dogs are to be walked everyday at the set time, or if dog walking is to be needed earlier/later that day due to events or meetings scheduled at the house. Get updates if the pups need grooming or vet appointments as well.

Travel- Have valid Driver's License, and Passport. Be able to travel for long periods of time. Adapting to the environment with ease to ensure the employer is safe, and comfortable on the go. Be available for sudden trips with minimal notice.
