We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized Producer/Editor/Videographer (Preditor) to play an essential role in creative development, production and postproduction of content for TMRW Sports and our associated brands.

This person will work closely with TMRW Sports stakeholders, including the Director of Digital Content, the VP, Brand & Creative and other creative and digital team members, while fostering a team culture of collaboration and inclusivity. If this is you, you will be an admired team member working within a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent and collegial environment, closely partnering with other business leaders and stakeholders while serving as an ambassador for the broader organization.

The scope of work will range within ideating, writing, producing, shooting and editing various content from concept to completion for digital platforms. You will collaborate with internal/external clients and partners producing broadcast quality video content for a worldwide audience to support our rapidly scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Videography, producing, writing and editing, bringing a fresh and forward-thinking approach and innovative point of view to our digital video content
• Manage projects from concept to completion, proactively identifying storylines and transforming them into action items
• Translate marketing, promotion & sales needs into engaging, impactful, eye-catching digital video content
• Research, conceptualize, pitch, shoot and edit original social and digital video content for a wide variety of stories & activations
• Partner with social & digital content teams to create and execute ideas that will drive up views, watch-time and consumer engagement
• Ideate and develop video content for various direct to consumer formats
• Film in run & gun and studio settings with high profile athletes & talent
• Responsible for shoots for a wide variety of assigned events such as internal communications, interviews, community events, partner events and in-arena footage
• Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association
• Stay current on video technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• 6+ years of creative production experience, including a solid knowledge of the video production process and various lighting and camera techniques
• Experience shooting with DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras in 4k+ formats
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across a variety of functions and levels
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
• Motion graphics and design experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of golf a must
