Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the bspoke/LA cultural hub in the Fairfax district.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping manage our curated brand gallery, executing on-site activations, and implementing marketing strategies to support our overall growth. The candidate will ensure consistent branding and messaging, manage website content, and assist in evaluating new marketing tools and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. A successful Marketing Coordinator will effectively communicate marketing plans, analyze data to optimize efforts, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Mix of project coordination and basic asset design support

- Assist in the planning and execution of onsite events, including live activations, pop-ups, influencer events, and brand experiences

- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- Collaborate across teams on organizing and tracking content to align with marketing and strategic plan goals

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or similar experience

- Strong understanding and experience with social media posting across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Proficient in design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually while also paying attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
