Roblox is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Entertainment Partnerships Vertical. In this role, you'll work closely with top studios and entertainment brands to build, launch, and manage effective marketing campaigns on Roblox that drive measurable results for partners. You'll collaborate with the Client Partner to manage key phases of each campaign, from creation of initial pitch materials, platform strategy, and technical support, to media planning and post-launch reporting.

This full time position is based in Los Angeles, CA, or San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to the Head of Entertainment Partnerships.

You Will:

  • Be a trusted advisor to top studios, IP's, and entertainment brands, offering mentorship and standard processes on how to launch and improve their presence on our platform. Your expertise will help partners improve their reach, ROAS, and engagement using Roblox as a platform for creation and advertising.
  • Serve as subject matter authority for high-touch entertainment products (e.g. Roblox Ads, Marketplace, Experience Guidelines, Moderation)
  • Investigate campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, building and optimizing campaigns to achieve desired results, and providing proactive recommendations that give to revenue goals
  • Encourage creativity and product adoption by collaborating with the Client Partner to explore and use our products to improve client campaigns
  • Help partners create unique and engaging experiences for their audiences
  • Work with XFN teams, including Legal, Policy, Marketing, Communications, Developer Relations, Product, Moderation, Media, and Insights to support partnership launches and ensure agreement on execution of programs
  • Support the partnerships team across the Entertainment vertical, handling key organizational and administrative elements (streamlining processes, pipeline management via Salesforce, legal agreements, external and internal case studies)
  • Work with the Insights team to use data and analyze partnership metrics, extract relevant insights, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Keep up with the latest Roblox content and creator trends, stay ahead of industry developments, and identify opportunities to apply them to our partners' strategies. Your learning will contribute to the success of our partnerships.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful execution within defined timelines

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience leading high profile projects within gaming and entertainment verticals
  • Passion for Film/TV content, culture, and social media/video trends
  • A strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the broader ecosystem
  • Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous digital management (G-drive, trackers, etc)
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and presentational skills
  • Proficiency in the Roblox ecosystem – its content, developer community, platform policies, features, Ads products and technical requirements
  • A detailed understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skills in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies, API partners etc)
  • Experience working as a solutions-oriented individual contributor with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Proficiency in navigating policy and coordinating across multiple teams

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
