The Sr. Manager, Media Partnerships – NY will manage our partnership opportunities to grow the Red Bull Brand through reach and engagement by licensing and distributing Red Bull’s premium content slate to strategic networks. You will manage east coast based broadcasters, streaming companies, producers, and agents to maintain a deep knowledge of the market and identify partner mandates to develop longform content from the world of Red Bull. You will also find commercial content deals in emerging and non-traditional spaces (ie OOH). You will work with several teams internally to assess, prioritize, and execute all content partnership deals across Red Bull Marketing and Media Network properties.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand Red Bull's capacity to evolve into new areas that fit broader and emerging consumer opportunities by influencing the US business planning process to create projects and programs that deliver Red Bull brand objectives and serve the mandates of partners in the commercial market.

Support Marketing and Media network leaders on the assessment and execution of strategic partnership deals.

Expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities for Red Bull content spanning original / limited series, live events, and documentaries across sport, music and dance.

Develop and execute deals across traditional, and non-traditional media (ie OOH).

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities, spearheading comprehensive programs incorporating Red Bull marketing levers across earned, managed, and owned.

Negotiate and implement all business terms for new partnership contracts.

Qualifications

5+ min years of experience in content, content sales or business development. While not essential, experience in events, digital/print media, consumer goods, and/or F&B is a bonus

Strong influencer, sales minded with passion for unscripted content, industry relationships with top broadcasters, streamers, and understands how to accelerate audience growth that contributes revenue for Red Bull and our partners

Success with strategic solutions while using quantitative analytics.

Working knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks

Demonstrated results in the partnership space with the ability to contribute outside of essential responsibilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - 128,400 + cash incentives. Range may differ for NYC & SFO Bay Area work locations. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
